Haha - yeah - the wording on his Instagram made a friend and I laugh:
'The reason I’m leaving is I feel like my potential hasn’t even been half met yet, both on and off the bike. I have big plans, goals and dreams that I’m not shy to make a reality, with that comes the need for some serious support, which I’m so thankful to secure for the future. You’ll see soon. I will finesse the game.'
Fair enough if he actually feels that way, but to pretend like he wasn't forced out when every single influencer was dropped is quite laughable.

In a spooky coincidence Alec Pedlar hasn't "renewed his contract with Specialized" right after they cancelled their influencer program and now he's on Canyon.
