Whatever you go for, look for li-ion. Will charge quicker and last longer between charges. Usually.

Yes. I am a baldy so use to shave head as well for longer than I care to mention. As a result I've been through a lot of these over the years. Wald seem to be OK but I've found them not very durable and ended up having to bin them sooner than expected. Currently have this which is still going strong for at least 5 years probably more:
