You can get the frame set including bar/stem combo for under $100 here https://www.bicyclesdeals.com/pinarello-dogma-f-disc-2023-myway-borealis-frameset/ , £3k groupset and £2k wheels so guessing most of the cost is labour

Raw material is Torayca 1100 dream carbon from Japan
Inital mould in Taiwan
Hand finishing of paint, hardware, QC etc in Italy

For reference I would rather a carbon specialist from China built me a frame.. look at the Aus track cycling team riding Bastion components.

It’s a semi-bespoke frame designed for pros that wins big races like Roubaix or the tour. Add on premium kit all at RRP and that’ll get you to £12.5 quite easily.

Might not be the place to sell this bike but it’s a good price non the less for the right buyer! :)
