  • I saw a bit of Death in Paradise at Christmas. Now that is bad television. The cast all sound and act like they've been drugged, kidnapped and forced to read lines off the backs of their hands.

  • I think you mean death in paradise but yeah, Doctors level acting in a prime time slot with 12 series!!

  • There’s a spin-off called Beyond Paradise which is the detective from the first series back in England solving crimes or something. Which pretty much takes away any gimmick the original has I’d have thought.

  • Great documentary
Fight the Power: How Hip Hop Changed the World -http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/p0dj70yd

  • Isn’t it shot in multiple languages with different casts doing the same plot?

  • just finished narcos, binged it over the last few weeks
really enjoyed it, good characters, good story, good plot following pablo escobars life

well worth a watch, which i'm sure most have already

  • Narcos: Mexico is also well worth a watch.

  • was gonna ask that question actually, the way he looks over at the mexican cartels on the rio grande in the last scene of narcos left me thinking he might get back to the business and take down them down too

good, will queue it up for the coming weeks

  • Narcos and Mexico are both great.

  • Bought Disney to finally wrap up the Walking Dead.

Anything else worth watching this month before I cancel?

  • No love for Physical 100?

  • The Bear is definitely worth a watch.

  • The drop out is alright

  • Plus 1 for The Bear. New season coming later the year too.

  • I'd binge the first 9 series of The Simpsons tbh

  • the bear just seemed a bit depressing, a bit of humour but bleak and dreary
that being said, kept on saying to myself just one more episode before i bin it off, got to about e.5 or so. the antagonist was just a bit to antagonistic for my liking, then that older long serving woman in the kitchen who kept on messing things up for others, just got on my nerves

    gave up .... eventually

  • I’m lovin it 😂.. guiltily

  • Dopesick

    Yes!

Really wanted to watch that and for some reason The Crew and Oath on Kodi are broken.

I'm sure there's some good stuff in there, but basically I'm fucked if I'm going to pay another £8p/m or whatever for a tonne of content I don't want to watch that I have to spend half an hour scrolling through.

The derth of streaming services does my nut. It's basically sky but having to enter a password in all the time.

  • I haven’t played the last of us because I don’t have a PlayStation but my good god. This series has been absolutely outstanding. Episode 3 was truly fantastic.

  • I don't know the game either (watching with son one who has though). Ep3 is one of the best bits of telly I've seen in ages. Just brilliant.

  • Yeah, that was brilliant

  • No, you're crying at the TV show based on a zombie game.

  • For what it's worth, that was very different to the game.

  • Finished search party. Great program. Entertaining and wacky in equal measure.
