Really curious by this Colnago Master single speed conversion on ebay..(not curious with the intention of buying more just generally curious in a poirot esque way)

The downtube decal looks off centre and I was under the impression that masters all had the profiled Gilco master tubes but am by no means an expert.
Any clues if this is genuine?
