  • I wonder if there must be a Rolex owner out there somewhere who'd be really happy to get their box and papers back...

  • Wow you must have been pissed what's a nice condition second hand Kirium £700-900? Last time i was over a mates having a drink an reminiscing about the 90's i ended up ordering a bottle of eau sauvage

It was an epic night! But it was the digital version, so its now £1500... But back then it was only £450

    damn the prices have jumped!

  • Well done if he's still got it. I've yet to make a solid investment whist drunk and on the Internet.

  • Well done!

  • Is there not a registrar of stolen Rolex? Anyways, superb work in solving the mystery!

  • G Shock for me today.
    GX56, Three Romances

Doesn't get enough use, but I could never part with it.

  • I’m looking for an old style Bakelite Breitling box if anyone has one they don’t need. The black square from late 90’s to go with the the first gen Emergency watch.

  • I have been wearing the Apple Watch since I got it, I admit to an internal debate as to whether I wear it on my right wrist with a proper watch on my left.

  • Try it and see how you get on. It annoys me to do that after a while, so I still vacillate between wearing it or a proper watch and wearing it and a proper watch.

Currently yes, Apple Watch on the other wrist.

  • Super cool.

  • I have a watch with a 19mm lug width. Stainless case. Id like to use 20mm straps. Anyone know of an anyone who could do a good job of taking half a mm off each side? I don’t trust myself!

  • I would honestly just buy a 19mm strap in the style you want - they're not that hard to find.

What sort of strap it is though? Rubber, leather, fabric? How easy it is to "trim" will depend on that, and how it is constructed. If it's leather or fabric, chances are it'll make a mess of it.

  • I also love it.

  • Thanks both.

I still think they're great value on the used market - around £5.5-6k.

  • It's Friday then
