GideonPARANOID looks to be closer to your size so probably a better guide, but IMO you’d need an L for the length.
I dithered between 3 season and winter too but went for the former as I’ll be able to use them on more occasions than full winters, I reckon. If need be (like yesterday for instance) I use my Lusso leg warmers underneath, works really well.

Cheers. Am weighing up whether winter bibs might be better as I normally just wear bibs and leg warmers as I’ve always found tights a bit annoying. I’m 28w - you reckon I large would not be baggy?
