The fork is cracked at the rake. Frame is a bit tatty and worked on, but i rode was quite happy riding it for a while. I had it set up as 650b for most of its life, with pictured wheels. Not the mot ideal conversion frame because the bb was low, but with short cranks and very long reach calipers it worked and I rode it tons. I'll include the dura ace headset, but not the bb, I'll need that before posting.
32c in 700 or 42 in 650b with mudguards clearance.

Very flexy frame, for what it's worth.
