  • Yes, I am in there regularly, including this morning about 0800, and it was gritted and ice free all round including the road past the ballet school and the traffic free bit to Ham Gate Ave.

    The only possibly dodgy bit I saw, for ice, was the roundabout at Roehampton Gate. I’d say the approach towards the gate along Priory Lane from Danbury needs watching too.

    I would still be taking it easier than normal on Dark Hill and Broomfield Hill though - while it is ice free, there are wet stretches that are a bit greasy due, I think, to the accumulated grit or salt or urea or whatever it is they use.

    All the ponds are frozen and the Tamsin trail is as hard as rock.
