(Old) Brompton wheel (and other parts) .

I have a 3speed Sturmey aw hub in a single wall 16” rim off my ‘97 Brompton for sale.

Hub recently stripped and overhauled and running nice. I lost one of the pawl springs when I was stripping it and made a replacement which of in the hub but after putting it back together I found the original spring so will include it.

Bearings are a tad rumbly but the races seemed in good nick when I had the hub apart so some new balls might sort it out.

There’s a couple replacement spokes that are stainless, the rest are older galvanised ones. Nipples are all free as I’ve just had it in the stand for a bit of a true and added some tension to the spokes.

I have the control rod, shifter and cable sized for m bars too if you want them.

Also got a set of the old style brake levers, easy wheels and the 50t crankset though I suspect the cracks are slightly bent. Oh and a pre rear frame clip seat qr. I can get photos and prices up for these if you’re interested.

It’s here. Bit of paint overspray on it now but not too bad. Shifter too.

Control rod…let me dig a bit deeper!

Control rod has gone a walk. I might have pinched it for one of the Pashleys I bought.

The left hand wheel not too and I can’t find anything to fit the axle.

I can offer you a 13, 18 or 22t cog but you’ll need a snap trying to hold it on.

Will drop the price to £25 posted too.

Bumping this as Moglu didn’t take it and I bought a couple Raleigh twenties this week so have pinched the control rod, snap ring and nds nut from one of them to make this complete and ready to go.

Will do it all for £30 posted.
