Was fine for us with our 23kg alsation/lurcher cross. We made sure she got loads of stimulation, walks and play and honestly didn't miss the extra space or private garden. The one downside would be having to harness/lead up for a wander outside for the night time wee, instead of just opening the backdoor.

What are people's honest thoughts on having a medium sized dog in a flat? I probably won't be living in a house for 2-3 years.
85sqm, first floor, opposite a 200 acre park. Obviously it is not ideal as it can't chill in my non existent garden when I am at home working for example.
I would love a staffy. Ideally would rescue one that is 1-2 years old. All the rescue centres I have looked at online mandate you need a garden for any dog. So I'd have to get one from Pets for Homes
