Where are you moving too? I've got a 6 and 4 yo and the following works well:
I've only walked it with kids on their bikes, but they've just opened up a section of the Saint's Trail from Goonhaven to Perran.

The Camel trail from Wadebridge towards Bodmin is worth a go as it's less busier than the 'classic' Wadebridge to Padstow section.
We sometimes go to Cardinham woods for a simple flatish route for the kids - there's a decent MTB track there too. https://www.forestryengland.uk/cardinham-woods
Lanhydrock is also a good option for a simple route to get the nippers started. https://www.trailforks.com/region/lanhydrock-woods/
