I have generally had v good success with a hand impact wrench and torx bit hammered in..
I’d buy something like this cos it’s only £10(if you have fairly decent access to the screw)

Some torx bits in the size you need to work with it.
And the propane torch.
Also cutting a slot and trying to tap it anti clockwise with a punch or whatever has worked for me in the past too

Is the head chewed up? Only go the torx route if it is. Otherwise you’re reducing your options.
I believe heat breaks down threadlock unless it’s specifically heat resistant.

Best way to remove a soft bolt fitted with over zealous usage of loctite?
Impact driver or propane torch ? I don't have either so would prefer to buy one or the other.
