Sadly you are part of a long list of people who have had disappointing customer service (or lack of it). @tw never got his frame, and I don’t think he was fully compensated. But expect excuses and to be blamed for why it has gone wrong.

But he fucked-over a friend of mine and just fucked-off, so even if you do hear from him I wouldn't believe what you're told.

Is Isen Workshop still in business? Matt owes me a frame from the Talbot Framework days, this was to be reworked as it the original sent was to at all what was requested. Eventually it was rebuilt at Isen and was to be painted last year. Unfortunately communication has all but dried up and they are not only in possession of my frame but also an Enve stem that was to be paint matched. I’d really like this to be sent to me but as I’m an international I can only do so much to chase it up.
Anyone local and who could hassle them for me? I feel I have been as patient and understanding as I can possibly be
