Orange one:
-
• #69230
It's a limited edition of only 25 - we'll run out if we keep posting pics.
-
• #69231
Funky. If that’s your thing - I love it. How much is it?
-
• #69232
like £2.5k
-
• #69233
I really like his non-Miffy watches
-
• #69234
Holy sh*t. I don’t like it as much then 🫣
-
• #69235
Oof that's nice! I really like those indices
-
• #69236
Small batch, handmade elements etc. What did you think they were going to cost?
-
• #69237
Yeah same, the subtle colouring, it even has a watermark etc.
-
• #69238
If your going to get a novelty get a cheap one as the novelty wears off pretty quickly.
I expect this has been posted before

Looks like sub £1000 bit of fun. At that price point anOrdain seems much better value, but what do I know 🤷♂️
-

I think they're comparable with custom cases, faces etc and the 90 degree orientation mechanism in these watches can't be cheap to do either.

The moonphase disc is quite fancy, not "real" grand feu / cloisonné enamel but it's nicely done and everything except the background is lumed.
Yes it's a modified Sellita but so are most Anordains. The price seems about right to me. It's not a Timex Snoopy.
-
• #69242
Speaking of Snoopy if they do make a moonswatch one I'm going to have to camp out or something because I'll need one of those.
-
• #69243
How cool is that!?
What is the second hand btw?
-
• #69244
A rubber duck
-
• #69245
don't think there is one.
Looks like the floaty persons foot is the hour hand(?) and the rubber duck is the minutes?
what I cant figure out is how the minutes move -
• #69246
Ahhh.
Sorry minute hand meebies.
It'll be a clear disc with said ducky.
-
• #69247
Oh yeah, ooops.
-
• #69248
No second hand but it's a great bit of fun for £140

Same with any of these types of watch, the two 'hands' are transparent discs which are slightly larger than the viewable face area.
Then, either with gears on the edge of that disc or just with the usual centre pin, the whole disc turns and coloured bit / picture / hands or whatever, look like they float around.
My favourite is the Omega La Magique. This is a good look at how this one works.
