Does that mean "watch out criminals, for the police might be following this van" or does it mean "hey police, please follow this van"
It’s a very niche instagram thing between police and ex-police who now work for private security services AmIRiGHt?
As a child I thought the latter. Like they pressed a button inside if they were getting hijacked and that sign revealed itself. Later I realised otherwise.
