Sometimes on 10km plus runs, I get a sore left shoulder/upper back. I think I'm maybe holding or tensing it when I'm running. Has anyone had anything similar?
I sometimes get stuff aching on rides or runs that is more to do with my posture not during those times. Like a stiff shoulder is usually to do with bad computer-use posture, but it will be noticeable a few hours into a bike ride sometimes.
