It’s a fucking tragedy to lose this access.
Granted a lot of people have shamefully treated the land there like shit, but this is not the right response.
As with so much in our society, there’s a chasm in the education when it comes to respect for land/nature/each other - and allowing access across all land would allow an improvement in that education, rather than shut it down completely.
Hopefully this silly ruling will kickstart the beginning of greater progress for right to roam.
