I thought it was below average but came 75th so it was ok. Proper mud fest for the first time this year. I should have put 15s in.
The weather gods smiled on us as well. Rain stopped and sun tried to come out five minutes before we started and it stayed dry until we finished.
Muddiest race of the season so far too here (apart from gmxc which i missed), so 12's were perfect at Tatton. Started slow, then crept the effort up. Similarly raced in sunshine travelled home in a downpour = perfect.
75th is great, I just scraped top 300...
