I modified a pair of standard 'Smiley Headlamps', used a heat gun to soften the bonding and separate the glass from the reflector.
The main beam one fits straight in, just drill a small hole to pass the loom through, the dip beam needs the reflector modifying with a dremmel to create a recess for the ring to fit in.
Then bond the lense back on to the reflectors and rebuild the units.I used 120mm diameter lights for my E30
