windows 9 - snip and sketch from the start menu

I can do that, but then can't C&P the image over.

Save the cropped image and then use the 'upload a file' option at the bottom of the box you're writing your comment in.

Or I'm all for @greeno suggestion of a 5 word description for a bit of added confusion.
