Feel free to rebalance this fair fuel UK survey with the usual leading questions, this one trying to poorly frame LTN/similar schemes as money making, etc.

I have been asked by thousands of supporters to challenge more and
more of the un-consulted and needless Low Emission Zones in dozens of
cities across the UK. More and more local authorities are making it
harder to drive in and around our cities. Traffic controls, punitive
charges and restrictions are springing up on a regular basis. It is
difficult to know what the local council motives really are. We can
only guess!
