Probably G+ would be fair, with a comment to say the other sides of the EP are all VG+, and maybe explain that this side is what makes the grading as such due to that one prominent scratch which noticeably affects playback at the start of that track (which is probably the one most people would actually be buying it for as it’s the A side). This came in same shipment from the same seller also as VG+ and would be fairer to say VG I think.
There are the odd folk that rate based on the lowest condition plate/side and give some commentary like that, but I find that almost all the stuff I look at seems to just be graded VG+ by default with ‘N/A’ in the comments 😆
