Osmo4lyf.
Did mine with 3 coats, sanding between with 200ish paper then 400 after the last coat.
People come from miles around to see them.

From your picture, you have removed the 'plaster' from approx 1/4 of the wall.
Are you intending to strip the whole wall back to stone?
Is it likely the remainder is cementitious and more stongly adhered than the real plaster?
(If you tap it, it should sound more solid).
2J or 8J spread across a spade chisel will not be enough force to induce a crack between the stone and the cemplaster to remove plate size lumps at a time.
A reduced power SDS + scutch will remove it, but eventually. -

Exactly that.
So this: https://www.screwfix.com/p/dewalt-dch033-3kg-18v-2-x-4-0ah-li-ion-xr-brushless-cordless-sds-plus-drill/675fj or the 'bigger' 133 version.
Plus this:

Think it may be the one. Would just like to find one in stock down here rather than online.

Planning to loose the clump closest to the camera in the image but partner is a gardener and garden is tiny so keen to make the most of the space - Maybe trellis up the sides would help? Never heard of dpc before, that's a good shout, cheers. Airbricks at the base and then vent at the roof it is. Planning to move the door so it's easier to take the omnium in and out.. Also should be able to store it non-vertically. Pics attached. Do need to do some emergency repairs to the roof of the existing one - anyone had any experience with osb + felt roof?

I've got a plinth heater to fit and the instructions say to cut a slot in the plinth. My plinth is 115mm high and the slot needs to be 95mm high. Is it just me or is that going to leave me with a very fragile plinth? Am I better off just cutting a complete section out to avoid certain plinthageddon in the future?

Not necessarily, the heater will be fixed to the plinth and will make up some strength in the structure.

I was thinking more of if I have to remove the plinth in the future for whatever reason. It's a tight fit already.
That said, am I just overthinking it? Not even sure why I may need to get the plinth off again in the future. I suppose I could always cut the slot to the right size and then cut it in half.

Might be easier to do it that way. It seems like it might be a benefit to have the correct length of plinth but that varies between installations. Might be worth ensuring it's not too much of a ballache to remove but these heaters often work for years without any maintenance.

Get both! I bought the 033 I think, primarily for chasing out a rubble wall, but also with a job like yours in mind (that I never got around to!). I wouldn't want to smash up concrete with the DeWalt but I wouldn't like to hold the Titan above waist height for very long.
I realize two SDS drills is a bit excessive but the Titan was £50 back when I bought it.

Plasterer called by this afternoon to check if it was ready. It was not. He left me his SDS.
It still isn't ready but it's closer.

It's a cheap one I think, Mac Allister or something. But he says he's been through loads and that's the best he's ever used.
Plasterer and his mate just getting started. Only taken a year trying to find one and lock him in.

Hardly big job but replaced the manky shower head with one that was £15 on eBay.
Been looking at the manky shower head for about 3 years and kept on putting off doing anything about it. Took me 5 minutes to find/order and 5 minutes to fit. All it needed was a 20mm spanner. *sigh*

Thnx all who gave dehumidifier advice upthread, we’re in an almost new build and upstairs room is v humid (up to 70%), probably a combination of a new house drying out and the humidity we generate.
Saw some very faint signs of moisture creeping through the ceiling’s insulation and plasterboard so hoping this helps.
