The big window was £2k - then you install, mgmt fees etc on top

That’s good to know! Fixed windows tend to be a fair sack cheaper than opening ones, what about the small one?
I have a feeling lead times will mean I can’t go with Velfac/Rationel, last time I asked about Velfac it was 10 weeks.
