Yeah it's a decent piece of kit but I wouldn't bolt any e-kit to a bike without uprating the brakes if that makes any sense?
That's my personal opinion.
Coincidentally, customer came in today asking us to fit a kit to a Pashley, not even kidding. Flat no.

Useful to know, ta. I could grit up the hub bearings a bit so it slows quicker when I stop soft pedalling? (Just kidding, I never soft pedal).
Else my rigid ss inbred could make it work, but I'd have to commit to 26" wheel then not 700c... option goes live tomorrow so I'll decide on a whim just then no doubt.

Is swytch not gentle? Plan on fitting to my pompino or kaffenback neither of which have disc brakes. Colleague has kit on brompton no discs, says it is ace.
