Is that the fork re-call model?

My mate has one of these bikes with the said items which Indicates it needs a recall what does he do next

That fork looks like the replacement one Cannondale fitted to mine during the recall, same decals and dropout angle

Seems to me that the one sold is not the faulty type.

Just checked in - the fork was replaced when recall was put out

Right just had a call back from Cannondale the fork does need to be changed was never replaced . due to recall being a while ago the replacement fork will only be Available in black . Safety better than looks.

went through the process in feb 2020, same year as the one pictured - basically contact cannondale and tell them you're affected. i got set up with evans at london bridge, told a couple months, then covid and not a peep for a year. finally got through randomly after months of them not picking up the phone and they had changed the system and not notified me when it came in. booked an appointment, dropped off my bike and they installed the fork, cut the steerer for me and installed a new headset and plug. an annoying process and luckily the old fork did not break, mainly delayed because of covid, but also because they switched systems and the fork was just lying there until i called. in person service was great though.

as far as i know they only issue black ones, and having a fork delivered to you was not an option as they need to collect and destroy the old one.

You will have to send your frame number to Cannondale and they can check the data to see if it needs a new fork .my mate is doing my work mates bike ..labour is around £25 fork is free and yes fork will be destroyed. Got the replacement fork done .only Minor difference less colour on fork but has the logo.

Sorry to hijack this thread, I didn’t know about the recall, just contacted my local CAD retailer, and I am getting the recall replacement fork fitted for £20.

Yes my mate got the fork for free just had to pay for labour.
