Where did you find the extender for the front rack?

Hexlox makes a solution for Bullitt's weird not-thru-axle front hub.

Oh that looks more along the lines of what I need. Two or maybe even three of them stacked would be ideal, I want to be able to ferry large loads of smaller items. Might go with that option. Thanks for the tip.
I already have j-hook ratchet straps for carrying the soundboks speakers, which are 86cm high when stacked sideways. But they are stacked further away in the cargo area from the handlebars, so the bars don't knock into them when turning.
I'll look at the different sizes and see what could work with the Bullitt dimensions. Assuming that you can stack the different boxes on top of each other once one of the width or length dimensions is the same.

good job! i missed my mini a little bit.

We have a prototype at work (that shares the front end with the Mini) that we run errands with. As the rear wheel isn't easily accessible the frame lock (Abus 5000 or the like) is on the fork.

Came with the frame, bought 2nd hand from one of the guys from Paradise. I think they made it so might knock you one up if you ask nicely. Its literally just a piece of solid alu bent into a U shape

Ah thank you! Time to return the other ones with my grumpy face on.

Bike fits for cargo bike, can any decent fitter do it or is there someone in London anyone could recommend?
I haven't ridden a bike since July when I had a pretty severe disc herniation leading to a week in hospital, its been a pretty tough 6 months but to cut a long story short things are looking a lot better and I'd like to get back cycling at some point but need to make sure my riding style isn't going to lead to more problems.

Thanks for the tip. I went with this in the end. 179 Litre Euro Stacking Container (800 x 600 x 450 mm) from Totebox. Want to be able to ferry as much shit as possible from one place to the other in one trip, will have to do it multiple times.

The standard lights on my 2018 UA are a bit basic, any upgrade recommendations?
It has a Bosche performance line motor and 400 battery if that helps. Do all these ebike lights have standard plugs? I'm familiar with dynamos but not ebike lights. Ta muchly
Also, any idea what disc brake pads I need? It seems to be Deore brake levers, but i'm unsure of the callipers.

A dual core cable runs from dedicated ports in the motor (with proprietary plugs). You just buy your ebike lights at the correct voltage and should be able to do a straight swap using the existing wires. (Current lights might have the voltage written on them, if you can take your bike to a dealer they will be able to run a diagnostic and see what the voltage is set to, and can tell you if it can be adjusted)
The method for plugging the wires in to different lights varies a little but it should be straightforward enough.I imagine it will be b01s if the callipers are deore / similar level shimano and haven’t been swapped out since new but send a pic or the model number to be sure

Anyone know what size Burley Thru axle adapter I need for my Omnium Mini? Found the sizing sheet but haven’t got a printer. Rear is 12x142 but not sure about pitch or which length skewer would be right https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0581/1873/4020/files/2022_Thru_Axle_Fit_Guide_c4cc2936-5ac5-4c06-bd3d-39703636a57b.pdf?v=1672359896

My UA has Shimano Sait Zee brakes. The pads that were originally fitted were Shimano HO3C which are metal sintered. They're usually £25 - £35 pair (ouch). The ceramic equivalent is HO3a which are cheaper but don't last as long. I recently found and alternative, sintered pair made by Vandorm at £18/pair. Only used for about 2 months but so far they seem same performance as Shimano Ho3C. Got them from bikeparts.co.uk but they don't seem to have them at the mo (wish I'd bought more than 2 sets)

If they make them for your brakes I can happily recommend the e-bike specific pads from Uberbike.
I've been using them for the last year and I've been really impressed with the power and lifespan. They're also a reasonable price imo.Edit...I don't mean the same set for the last year! 😁

Can't help with the Burley bit but the thru axle specs are 174mm (Wifi / modular dropouts) 172mm (V3), 1.75 pitch.

Nearly there building my omnium cargo and the 20" tyres I had kicking around - maxxis holy roller - have 75kgs max load printed on them.. Should I be concerned? Bike will regularly have about 15/20kg of bits on the front and I'm not exactly slim..

Should I be concerned
Be fine I think. Used them on an urban arrow (max load 150kg) and they didn’t explode

Nice one, Kev - sorry I missed the earlier questions. But yeah, long time ago now but pretty sure that's exactly the one I used to have. Hope it proves as effective for you!
If you want semi-permanence, there's also the tough stacking crate and ratchet strap option:
