£600 too rich for you? I've got a 60cm 853 Dawes Galaxy in near mint condition. Fantastic audax or fast tourer. Will fit 32 maybe 35 tyres with guards. Currently running 37mm Schwalbe G-One. I'm exactly the same height as you and it fits me perfectly. Sorry for the poor quality pic.
