Hope headset. Fairly standard to fit a 44mm headtube with a tapered fork.
Came fitted to my frame from the manufacturer but I immediately swapped it for a King.
The bits you see are unmarked. The bits you don’t show signs of being fitted and being removed.
It was ridden once so the bearings and seals are basically new.
Includes base plate which is a split design so no damages from being removed.
Top is ZS44/30
Bottom is HEC44/40
