Had Community Fibre installed this morning, getting the full ~930Mb up and down via Ethernet, low latency as to be expected, the tri-band Velop router is decent (getting ~850Mb/s via WiFi on an M1 Max MacBook Pro), and the installers put the wall box and overhead cable exactly where I asked (nicely).
