That is an absolutely incredible track, the tunes he selected on the original mix are out of this world. Probably my favourite mix of all time and massively improved without MC.

Ah, I went and did turbo and now I'm half way through some kinda progressive/trance set. I need to kick yours off again once this is done.
-
• #3033
Must try to get back into the turbo, haven't been on it for months. I spent most of the winter so far preferring to go out and get wet rather than fire zwift up. Spent hours on it last winter but just cannot face it at the moment for some reason.

I'm the opposite. I've lost most of my desire to leave the flat, especially in winter. I did just get back from 3 weeks in Oz though so maybe some of my mojo will return but frankly I got to the point with London that I just can't be fucked with the weather and the drivers.
This might explain why I'm 10kg heavier than I was when I was doing the big miles every week.

Having ridden in London a few times I totally get that! Fortunately I am only a few hundred metres from lanes/bridleways.
I was doing 100k Zwift Audax rides last winter but the thought of doing that at the moment fills me with dread! -

I don't like Zwift. I prefer Trainerroad workouts. I like the progression - the testing generally confirms that I'm getting faster (until I'm not). My main problem with indoor stuff is the duration isn't long enough for what I do (oh and the boozing). But it is convenient to just hit the turbo for 30min-120min without having to worry about flats (normally) or bad drivers (unless they're REALLY bad drivers). Too old, fat and slow now to really bother getting properly fit but I can still put in some effort so as not to embarrass myself.
I need to pull a finger out - got AMR next month and I'm heaviest I've been in a long while and pretty shit off-road generally so yeah, I kinda wish I wasn't so meh about it all. -

It ain't getting easier with age is it!?!

I kinda liked going for the AAA thing because it gave me a focus but I'd prefer something that didn't stretch over a year and get in the way of other things. I can't win events now and I'm unlikely to get the motivation to just "beat PBs" so focus has moved towards seeing new stuff. I'm still a competitive idiot though so I dunno how it's gonna pan out. It's not like I was fast in the old days, but being shit didn't stop me trying. Now I just can't be arsed trying. I have enough stubbornness and residual talent/knowledge/whatever to get me through most events but there comes a point where you wonder why you're entering. Then I realise if there wasn't an event I'd certainly not pull my finger out to organise a tour.. so better keep entering events :)
I'm still a bit jet lagged though and post xmas with the family is always depressing. "oh look I'm back in the UK... fark" -

I haven't raced for a few years now, I totally lost motivation to train at any intensity. I just enjoy bimbling around now with a camera.
Really got back into MTB riding the last 3 or 4 yrs since packing in racing/road stuff.Having said that, I did a few decent road rides before Christmas because I couldn't face cleaning my MTB and really enjoyed it!

Nice mix 👍 I've saved it for a full listen at the weekend

I hope you enjoy it! Unfortunately I cannot upload anything else to my Mixcloud without upgrading to premium, I may do that at some point but at the moment I am leaving it as it is.

So the anti-rave laws have passed in Italy, I guess right wing conservative governments have similar views in different countries.
The penalties and surveillance laws seem incredibly harsh. The article discusses spiral tribe's exodus in the mid-nineties and their influence in Italy.
The problem with these type of laws is that they never get abolished by subsequent governments.

Great vid. The Tango tune is hilarious.
Always find the very early Dillinja surprising.
I have been after a copy of 1 & 2 for ages, absolute bangers!
