Is it the case that it's 135 mm for QR rear wheels and 142 mm for through-axle?

Yeah generally speaking. I'm fairly sure that 2022 model arkose use a 142mm rear axle spacing but worth double checking with a ruler!

They still have the Arc Ultra rims in stock but annoyingly only have 20h front rims. £30 delivered for two rims.

You could go weightweenie with a 20h rear hub!

I looked at my hubs with a magnifying glass and found a tiny model number printed on them confirming it was 142, thanks!

Superstar have just cancelled my wheel order. It's taken them a week to realize they didn't actually have the hubs in stock.

Yeah the 650b ones were the ones that actually wanted.
The 29er ones I ordered are apparently on their way but I only bought them as cheap spares with no real current need for them!
Uch well, money saved I supposed.

Cheap road wheelset arrived. Look decent - forgot about rim tape...Rear wheel has a very small wobble, but at least I have a spare set to practice truing on now.

my wtb i19 700c wheels just arrived. Both mine also have slight wobble too but for £68 - not bad

Out of curiosity, did anyone get a 650b set of the wtb wheels with 12x100 and 12x142 axles? If you did and decide you dont want them then I'd take them!

I have the wtb i19 rims on superstar V3 hubs with xdr freehub,
Just realised that when the rear axle is tightened something is binding and the freehub cant spin.

Anyone else get wheels with the V3 hubs?

mine 37.50£ road wheelset arrived today.
seems good (no rim tape though)!
