Cap head bolt in whatever thread size would be my starting point.
Might need to ‘turn’ the head down a bit too foot into the lug but that can be done by holding the bolt in a drill and sanding/filing if it has to be.
A local engineer and cyclist could do that for me....Thanks for the suggestion.
