I'm getting ill - sore throat, fatigued and tender glands in my neck. Today is 8.1km race pace. I should skip it, right? Or replace it with 8.1km jog? My partner had this a couple weeks ago and it took her an age to shake. Trying to mentally prepare myself for theast 2.5 weeks of this plan being totally derailed.
