Getting back into it this week after 4 weeks of bad cold becoming chest and ear infections. Was on track with training to be all set up to launch onto a training plan ready for Southampton Marathon on 2nd April. Now feeling like 13 weeks is not very long at all and I've lost all my hard-earned speed.
I'll get around the course ok but was really hoping to knock a chunk of time off my 3:29 PB. Feeling a bit dispondent but there should still be time to get some decent work in I think.
