With an annoyingly large phone (Pixel 7 Pro) i'm probably best going into a shop and trying a few belts to see which ones it fits inside.

The Decrackalon one I linked to carries an iPhone 14 with no problems.

iPhone 14 = 146.7 x 71.5 x 7.8
Pixel 7 Pro = 162.9 x 76.6 x 8.9

The specs say it'll carry a phone up to 200mm x 90mm.
