Piega is a decent shout. I've just put some on my bike and they do allow 10sp Campagnolo shifters to approximate the current BDHU fetish whilst also satisfying the flat-bar-to-hood aesthetic of my formative set-up snobbery. The textured finish is rank though, especially if you're nervous around black boards.
