Look alike but that's where the similarities end unfortunately π

Definitely, but you play with the hand you've been dealt.

I'm not, probably because I had the hump and wasn't particularly photogenic.

I'm sure I'm being really stupid, but where on GCN are the highlights of cross races? I can only ever find the full races. They're not that long so generally do watch, but would love to watch quick highlights sometimes when time is tight.

Sadly I donβt think they package them separately, but they usually show a two minute recount of the race at the end of the live show.

Thanks, that was @pastry_bot. and I. I think there was one other pairing on singlespeed and we caught them mid-race and managed to put enough of a gap into them over the remaining laps.

Nothing like selling cheese before Xmas for finding form.

Hey thanks! Herne hill is a pretty good course for single speed I reckon, no long sapping hills and few straights where you can run out of gears. I love HH as a course, it's always different and the crowd was small but vocal in that back section!

Great little video from Sunday, which captures the ambience of the event well:
I thought runnier mud was preferable for bike functionality?
