Week 9 wrapped up today with a 10km 'race' (I didn't enter anything so just did a tt), starting the year on a nice note with a pb of nearly 90 seconds (43:52).
The half is 3 weeks today, I have 2 'race pace' sessions left (8.1km and 3.2km). Having just really pushed myself for a 10k at 4:23/km, a half at 4:30/km is (still) feeling very out of reach. Should I be throwing in some more pacey bits in my other runs or continue to t r u s t t h e p r o c e s s?
