Miele, what a shit show. One half of my hob stopped working around 5 weeks ago so I made a service appointment on their website.
First appointment got cancelled because they were waiting for parts, on the day of the second appointment the guy called me that his van broke down, on the day of the third appointment he called me that his rental van has 2 punctures. Now finally somebody managed to show up, without parts though.
Turns out there is "nothing wrong" with it just needs the controller board replaced which is a bit over £900 with labour, lol.
Build seemed very flimsy on the inside without any heat sinks like I have seen with other models.
Shame to trash it after barely 4 years of use.
