I saw that on eBay but you don’t get the saddle, chainring, cranks or pedals. That’s most of the pricy items on the bike.

Also super fugly, imho. That green doesn’t suit anything.

Not a terrible deal for might turn out to be quite a decent 531ST touring bike in Rugby. Seller is confused or very pushed for time, Reynolds 351 and 531 within two sentences of description.
