Yes Body Battery, via Garmin Connect App. RHR Ave graph is useful too, your watch may show that, e.g. last 7 days?
then I go and do something like go for a short walk or shop and come home and am exhausted
This, even though my graph looks ok now I am fucked after a short errand. Need another 10 days or so to recover proper I reckon.

What’s this graph off please? I have a slight sense some of my fatigue is psychosomatic. A graph would help.
