Hmmmm, yea I get that although I wouldn't say it's too bulky to ride in... and yes, it is a warm jacket which is great as you don't have to proper layer up underneath... it wasn't too cold when I went out, wore a base layer and the jacket and it kept me warm... again the two way zip is a godsend... I wouldn't wear it if it was pissing down as it's not a fully waterproof jacket but drizzle and stuff you'd probably get away with
The one negative review of the Zoa insulated that I've found (off.road.cc) said that the jacket was actually too warm and bulky to be useful for riding with. Wonder if you or any of the other recent buyers have found it to be an issue?
Also, how is it in the rain? Tempted to buy one but would be sizing it as an outer layer.
