Last thing I want to do is cycle with children, especially other people's children.
I would happily do feeder fixed Regents Park laps, but these laps for feeder rides to family rides would need to be done at the EC1 standard of 3w/kg - lower watts per kg only allowed by special resolution from the Standing Committee for Shredding Affairs
