I finally got an Opinel No7 for touring next year. Absolutely over the moon.

Got a nice smoked Chorizo to work through with it too.

Those Opinel carbon are lovely, but beware the blades are very brittle.

I was demonstrating to my daughter how to clean jam sandwich residue off the blade by jabbing it into the ground and then retracting. Snapped the blade clean off. Oops.
