Because I like nice handmade tools. I can get a posher Stanley/bahco etc easily enough but was hoping someone had spotted something a little bit more special for every day use.
The makerknife is cool but not quite substantial enough for me.Considering how broad the world of fancy knives is I’m surprised there’s not more options for those who go through a handful utility blades per week.

Does anyone make an artisanal hipster Stanley handle? Preferably retractable.
Not looking for a folder or mini utility keyring style. Like a fatmax but made from antique Japanese copper and unicorn ballbag etc?
I use one everyday and deserve something fancy…
All my overalls have holes in them from sticking classic fixed blade ones in my pockets and the mechanism has died on my retractable so it keeps slipping.
