    Definitely a premium price but hopefully if I cook it as well as last year it's going to taste fucking brilliant

  • Cooked our porchetta this evening, turned out decent. I don’t think you overpaid, ours was £40 for 2.5kg and the butcher prepped it.

  • Oh that's good to hear, I was worried I'd overpaid.

    Ours was so good, really recommend Hill & Szrok in the future, seems serendipitous that the best one I've cooked was prepared by the butcher whose recipe for cooking porchetta has been shared on this thread as the go to.
