Could try this in 17mm. Disclaimer: I have no knowledge of seller and whether it’s going to have low tolerance end links that fit the case closely - would be a total punt and obviously not real gold.
To get a genuine part is gonna be mega bucks. You could call that place in Burlington Arcade or go there and see if they have something or at least can tell you the period correct part no. for end links and strap variations so you can try and find on eBay of somewhere else.

Really, really nice watch. Looks great on the leather strap.

On the JLC front, I was admiring this lately. Seems like a lot of watch for the money.

Question for the masses, would you get either A or B, same watch different sellers
A - Watch, Warranty Card, Service Box
B - Watch, Warranty card, boxes, manual, half link etcB being only £200 more than A

Surely that's something you'd need to answer? Do you see value in the extra bits and is it worth £200? Surely would also depend on the watch... If its a mass produced with poor resell value (almost all watches), would it matter?
Unless it's a high end, the only thing I see of value is the extra links. But it might not matter.

It's a speedy, head and heart time.... both with a few wear marks on the bracelet

Do you care for all the extra bits? Most ppl find they want it until they realise they have to store all the paraphernalia

Thanks for the links. Might take a punt on the one linked.
And yeah, I like the leather strap but y'know... She wants gold as a change. I can't really blame her as I change straps and bracelets all the time.

Thanks, it is very nice. Hopefully it'll get passed on to our daughter.

Well i didn't think I was that guy that wanted a full set, the person has lowered their price by £100 for option B now too...

Guess they understand it too

I especially like the small Latin numerals

Thats is true, guess its more for resale value to trade...

I'd have a look on the replica watch forums
I want to say this one: https://forum.replica-watch.info/forums/trusted-dealers-wanna-buy-a-watch-click-here.137/
But you might have to have a hunt around.

Is the watch the same year? If A is older but recently serviced and B might need a service shortly, I’d probably go A. I don’t really care for bits and bobs if I’m going to wear the watch (as long as the price is good).

Just looked again the B watch seems to be better condition overall so think I will go for that, which then happens to be £100 more so worth it for the condition.
A seems to have a lot more markings etc but then has been inspected

Not at all. I really like Ressence, they’re one of the few genuinely modern mechanical watch designs.
The only thing with a replacement metal bracelet is that rolex metal straps have the design to butt up against the watch and effectively hide the bar (does that make any sense) an after market might look a bit odd.
Do raffles bracelets have anything suitable?
