  • Its easy enough to do on a new build as your doing it all from scratch but retro fitting it in a lot of house apart from the cost will be a fuckin nightmare.

    Yeah supposedly. The full thing is insane and like everything else isn't thought through.

    There's lots of trials with hydrogen blending in the gas going on right now which i think eventually will be full hydrogen once the price comes down although prices never come down they only stay up. I see that as better alternative than the ASHP that they are currently pushing hugely.

    I get giddy thinking about all the work required to do it on our gaff. Probably best done in a full renovation.

  • I thought wholesale piping hydrogen wasn't going to work with our leaky gas mains due to the smaller molecule so even more leaks? I suppose they could dig up all the roads.
